We are not asking for money you cannot spend or hours you do not have. We are asking for these nine things. Read them before you book. If you cannot commit to them yet, book anyway and tell us. Honest beats good.

Nothing here works in three days.

Ten minutes a day, same time
Your child leads and you follow.

You will never punish a tap
Not once. Not even a suspicious one. The first punished tap kills the tool for good.

Consequences stay on their own track
Discipline still happens. It just never borrows the shared language words.

One surprise praise per kid per week, minimum
Not scheduled, not a ceremony. In the car, at a tuck in, walking out of the gym.

The repair sentence within the hour
I came at you too hard. That was mine, not yours.

You pray the prayer out loud
Yours and theirs. Twenty seconds. Out loud is the whole point.

You pursue licensed care when we point you there
A therapist, a physician, a school evaluation. We will work and pray alongside them.

You show up to the check in and tell the truth
Including the weeks it did not go well. Especially those.
In this season you are the pastor of that house. We are handing you the staff.
Your child is watching which of these you keep. That is not pressure. That is the leverage nobody else has.
