On their intake, a family can name the pastor they want. Their request lands with your email attached.

The KNOWN. covenant
Every care pastor agrees to this before their first call.
- — I am an ordained Christian minister, or serving under the oversight of one, and I hold a traditional biblical worldview.
- — I offer pastoral care. I do not offer licensed counseling, diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency services, and I will say so plainly.
- — What a child or teenager tells me stays with me. Parents receive approved summaries and resources, never raw details.
- — When more support would help a family, I will name it warmly and point them toward it.
- — I will keep every family's story private, and only use KNOWN. content in the care of the families entrusted to me.

Care pastors join by invitation so every family knows who is sitting across from them.
What pastoral care is. KNOWN. offers biblical pastoral care. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or licensed counseling, and it does not diagnose. Pastoral care can work alongside licensed counselors, physicians, schools, and other professionals when additional support is appropriate.
